How to contract the service ?

You can contract the service by sending the following form or by calling the free phone number 800 088 098  any day of the week from 10 am to 8 pm.

Can I activate and deactivate my subscription?

Yes, you can activate and deactivate your subscription free of charge with a minimum subscription period of 30 days. Activations and deactivations will be requested between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Method of payment

The only forms of payment available are bank transferor credit card.

Which receivers are compatible?

Our television service supports various receiver models, the most widely used being the MAG in its different versions and QVIART in its OG and AG models.

How do I buy  the receiver?

You can buy the receiver through our online shop or at our points of sale, contact our customer service team who will provide all the information you need. 

What is the shipping Policy?

Shipping costs are free for orders to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. In the case of Ceuta and the Canary Islands, the standard shipping rate is always 15€. The order will be delivered within approximately 4-5 working days from order confirmation. This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday or specific promotions.

What Is The Return Policy?

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it free of charge. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labelled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to return any item that is not in perfect condition.

You only have to send an email to customer@gtiberia.com and once the request has been sent, you will receive an informative email on how to complete the process.

The customer does not have to pay for the return shipment, we will cover the cost.
